Bu politika, Uzser Teknoloji A.Ş. tarafından işletilen UZSER AI Engine web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde hangi bilgilerin işlendiğini, nasıl korunduğunu ve tercihlerinizi nasıl yönetebileceğinizi açıklar. Kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesine ilişkin yasal bilgilendirme için KVKK Aydınlatma Metni’ni inceleyiniz.

01Kapsam

Bu politika yalnızca UZSER AI Engine tanıtım web sitesini kapsar. UZSER AI Engine ürününün kurumunuzun ortamında işlediği veriler, ilgili lisans ve hizmet sözleşmeleri ile o sözleşmelere ekli aydınlatma metinleri kapsamında ayrıca düzenlenir.

02Topladığımız bilgiler

• Sizin verdiğiniz bilgiler: İletişim, demo talebi veya keşif toplantısı formunu doldurduğunuzda ad soyad, şirket, unvan (isteğe bağlı), e-posta, telefon (isteğe bağlı), ilgilendiğiniz paket, kullandığınız sistem, mesajınız ve toplantı için tercih ettiğiniz tarih, saat ve toplantı şekli.
• Teknik bilgiler: Form gönderiminde, kötüye kullanımı önlemek için IP adresiniz geri döndürülemez biçimde özetlenerek en fazla 10 dakika tutulur. Web sunucusu, barındırma altyapısının standart erişim kayıtlarını (IP adresi, tarih, istenen sayfa) en fazla 1 yıl süreyle tutabilir.
• Tarayıcınızda kalan tercihler: Tema ve dil seçiminiz yalnızca tarayıcınızda saklanır, bize iletilmez.

Sitede reklam, analitik veya davranışsal izleme aracı kullanılmamaktadır.

03Bilgileri nasıl kullanıyoruz

• Talebinizi yanıtlamak, demo planlamak ve size uygun teklifi hazırlamak
• Talebinizin alındığını bildiren tek seferlik bir e-posta göndermek
• Formların otomatik ve kötü niyetli gönderimlere karşı korunması

Bilgilerinizi satmayız ve pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflarla paylaşmayız. Size ayrıca pazarlama iletişimi göndermek istersek, önceden açık onayınızı alırız.

04Güvenlik

• Siteyle aranızdaki iletişim HTTPS ile şifrelenir.
• Form içerikleri, e-posta sunucusuna şifreli bağlantı (TLS) üzerinden iletilir.
• Sunucu tarafındaki ayar ve kayıt dosyalarına dışarıdan erişim kapalıdır.
• Formlarda otomatik gönderimi engelleyen önlemler ve gönderim sıklığı sınırı bulunur.

Hiçbir internet iletimi tamamen risksiz değildir; ancak bilgilerinizi korumak için makul teknik ve idari tedbirleri uygularız.

05Üçüncü taraf hizmetler

• Google Fonts (Google LLC): Yazı tiplerinin yüklenmesi sırasında IP adresiniz Google’a iletilebilir.
• Barındırma ve e-posta altyapısı: Markum (web sitesinin barındırıldığı sunucular, Türkiye) ve form e-postalarının iletildiği Google LLC Gmail hizmeti (sunucuları yurt dışında bulunabilir).

Sitedeki dış bağlantılar (ör. uzser.com.tr) kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

07Değişiklikler

Bu politikayı gerektiğinde güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada, son güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is processed when you visit the UZSER AI Engine website operated by Uzser Teknoloji A.Ş., how it is protected and how you can manage your preferences. For the statutory notice on personal data processing, see the Privacy Notice (KVKK). The Turkish version is legally binding.

01Scope

This policy covers only the UZSER AI Engine marketing website. Data processed by the UZSER AI Engine product within your organisation’s environment is governed separately by the relevant licence and service agreements and the notices attached to them.

02Information we collect

• Information you provide: When you fill in the contact, demo request or discovery meeting form: full name, company, job title (optional), email, phone (optional), package of interest, system used, your message and your preferred meeting date, time and format.
• Technical information: On form submission, your IP address is irreversibly hashed and kept for at most 10 minutes to prevent abuse. The web server may keep standard hosting access logs (IP address, date, requested page) for up to 1 year.
• Preferences in your browser: Your theme and language choices are stored only in your browser and are not sent to us.

The site does not use advertising, analytics or behavioural tracking tools.

03How we use information

• To respond to your request, plan a demo and prepare a suitable offer
• To send a one-off email confirming that your request was received
• To protect the forms against automated and malicious submissions

We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing. If we wish to send you marketing communications, we will ask for your explicit consent first.

04Security

• Communication between you and the site is encrypted with HTTPS.
• Form content is relayed to the mail server over an encrypted (TLS) connection.
• Server-side configuration and log files are not publicly accessible.
• The forms include measures against automated submissions and a submission rate limit.

No internet transmission is entirely risk-free, but we apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

05Third-party services

• Google Fonts (Google LLC): Your IP address may be sent to Google when fonts are loaded.
• Hosting and email infrastructure: Markum (servers hosting the website, Türkiye) and the Google LLC Gmail service used to relay form emails (its servers may be located abroad).

External links on the site (e.g. uzser.com.tr) are subject to their own privacy policies.

We may update this policy when necessary. The current version is always published on this page with its last updated date.
